I've been making many purchases lately to modify my stock '08 GT. I've used several internet after market providers with mixed results. My latest experience was with "Hubcaps Plus." I ordered a pair of chrome tail light trim bezels and a chrome trim for the third brake light. After waiting three and half weeks (one part was back ordered) the parts arrived this week. To my disappointment the tail light trim parts were a totally different style than what is pictured in thier on-line catalog (a specific desigt that I was trying to avoid). Plus they were warped so bad I doubt that the small adhesive strips that are used to attached them would have held them in place for very long. And the third brake light trim piece didn't fit like I expected.
When I called to return the parts because they were not what I ordered and didn't fit properly they were more than happy to take my return (after several minutes waiting on the phone). However, they were going to charge me a 30% re-stocking fee on my $95 order. After debating this policy on the fact that the reason I was returning the parts was because they didn't ship what I ordered I requested to speak with a manager. The manager was also not going to back down on this policy. After much discussion he finally reduced the re-stocking fee to $8 plus I had to pay for shipping the parts back. In the end it cost me $16 and I have no parts to show for it.
My recommendation is to not buy from Hubcaps Plus. I won't.

30% restock fee when they screwed up is terrible. Talk about bad customer service.

I've gotten a few things from SS Inserts as well and no problems.
