I think the show went very well. The weather certainly was nice.
I think we can smooth out registration a little more, we rarely had a long line and generally things flowed smoothly. Next year, we will have to think about being able to make change.
I thought the door prizes worked out well. Once the system was running, it was pretty smooth.
We may need to source coffee and such on our own next year. I had my brother run out for a big jug, but I imagine club members would have liked more, and certainly the public would have drunk some.

Congratulations to the Entire Club and the Event Staff for a very smooth operation. Whoever was in charge of the weather did an outstanding job. Driving home, there was over 6" of hail on highway 287 just north of Longmont. I know a few people who got "dimpled" because they were there at the wrong time. I hope it wasn't any of us. Kevin, I like your idea on the Coffee - Make it ourselves and have it "FREE" for everyone, from when we start until 9:30-10:00am. A simple "Donations" box right next to it might get us to a break even point. Maybe even several bags of "FREE" donut holes or something. Since it is "FREE", we shouldn't have any issues with the Vendor licenses. It might also solve our CHANGE problem. Ken

Well everyone...we picked the right Mustang Club to join! The car show was a blast, and we have really enjoyed getting to know everyone so far. We are still putting names with faces-or vice versa....but we'll get there! We are sure looking forward to some drives and other functions yet...see you all soon!
